2. Use of the Platform

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Fees and Payments

Club Fundraiser charges a 5% platform fee in addition to Stripe card processing fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Misrepresenting your identity or fundraising purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's functionality

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Club Fundraiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
